All content, technology, and branding associated with NodeX Labs are our intellectual property. Custom AI models trained on your data remain your property.
5. Limitation of Liability
NodeX Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
